Automatic Enrolment Issues?

A recent update from The Pensions Regulator has raised a number of issues regarding the upcoming Auto Enrolment for thousands of medium-sized employers (with 62-89 workers). Those who staged this July will need to complete a declaration of compliance with them by the end of this November. All employers must submit information about how they’ve complied with their automatic enrolment duties by the statutory deadline – it’s the law. Those who don’t comply could be fined.

Research from The Pensions Regulator has revealed that at least 78% of small businesses will be relying on their advisers for support to ensure they comply with changes to workplace pensions law. Tens of thousands of small and micro employers need to be ready by the summer of 2015  clients very soon.
